Good day.
I am totally appalled by the service I have received from std bank customer assist. I was informed that I will get feedback in 15 days. 2 months after submitting my application, I am still waiting for feedback. I have been calling in once a week and get the same answer every time. Still no feedback. Being a customer with Std bank for so many years, assistance would be highly appreciated.
