My wife and I, have applied for the Standard Bank Customer assist for help on the 23rd of November. I then waited for the response until the 13th of December and I got a call from them requesting that my wife fax her bank statement of which we did the following day.
I then waited an additional 1 week before contacting them again to allow for time, I phoned as I was told the restructuring manager is still busy with my application.
I then phoned again on the 8th of January (each time I was on hold for at least 11 minutes) and was told the same thing that they are busy with my application.
It's almost 2 months. If there is anyone out there that can please assist or report this problem to Standard Bank Customer Assist it would be most appreaciated.
As I love Standard Bank and don't want to change it, because they've been of assistance since i banked with them since 2004 up to date.
