I was involved in an accident on the 24-11-2012 & submitted my claim same day. A week later Maureen called telling me how the car that towed me was unauthorized, until I gave her a valid authorization number, not that anything fancy happened after that. Weeks passed without solid feedback from the call centre, I sent an email on the12-11-2012 to Karabo, Maureen & Sarah. Karabo managed to assist me on the 13-12-2012 & only authorized my claim on the 21-12-2012. At the time I had a Courtesy car which was about to expire on the 27-12-2012 & I struggled to get an extension since, I even took the car back but finally did get extension but with another car. Two Weeks went passed without any feedback on the progress of my claim, I had to follow up on the 07-01-2013 that's when they send all the necessary documents to the panel beaters, I was also surprised when the staff itself got confused as where my car was & some were saying it was written off. Lewel advised me to return a courtesy car on the 21-01-2012 & will be given a courtesy car by the panel beaters. The panel beaters only offered me a car that will cost me R150 per day. I am not happy with the service and progress by Iwyze.
