Sorry I opened accounts with FNB

This is now the second time that this has happened, first I tried to open an business account via the Internet sweet got the activation card and everything, tried to access the account, and a problem with the opening of the account and now they needed FICA documents which I emailed gave the originals to the correct people and now I have to go into the branch, this is why I went with FNB. I DON'T HAVE THE TIME.!!! Opened a savings accounts in my personal capacity also via the Internet this time went to the branch to fetch my card and handed in my FICA documentation at Pretoria north branch, paid money into the account. Voila happiness is... Tried to withdraw some money on Saturday afternoon, it is declined. Phoned the call centre which gave me a run around and a stupid number that I must now also phone (this costs me money by the way) why you all wonder there is a hold my savings account cause you don't have the FICA documents!!! must I shove them up FNB's then they have will have them. I want this sorted out today as I now need that money and I'm in BLOEMFONTEIN for business...
