How can we you ove

I am really disappointed at the bad service and poor delivery on FNB's part. I switched from another bank to FNB and since everything has been a total mess. I switched all my debit orders etc and when I applied for the smart device it was declided, overdraft - declined, Credit card - declined. After about two months of this I went back to my old bank and applied for a credit card, it was approved the next day and so was an overdraft. Luckily I didn't close my bank account with my old bank. I have to say that I wish I never switched to FNB, if it was an easy process of going back to my old bank I would, In a heart beat. I really needed some extra credit but thus far FNB has only let me down. Not worth it, not even close. Just because you have a good ad campaign does not mean that you as a supplier is any good, FNB is a prime example of this.
