Very Very disepointed in FNB, I applied for a online personal loan, no one called me back, I finally decided to call them, and no one can help me becoze only the sales person that is assigned to my application can assist me and he is the only person that can cancel my application, and in order for me to reapply my first online application must first be cancelled, and no one can do that??? wasted almost a R200 airtime and my whole morning and still no results. had to go to Capitec to open a account and get a loan there. all I wanted was a yes or no answer. im defiantly done with FNB. You!!!
