No response to online credit application

Good day,

I applied for a loan online yesterday and have received no response from Capitec at all!

I feel that you really need to up your game as there are plenty service providers that have more efficient and way faster online loan application systems in place.

It is unacceptable to wait longer than an hour for a response!

You guys are a great bank and I am a happy client with Capitec but feel you really need to work on your strategy when it comes to online credit applications!

Please respond to let me know if I am successful with my application or not.
