I applied for a loan and I was told I qualified for a loan term 60 Months and possible amount R107 000, after I submitted all my document I was told to wait until I received my latest salary and also provide them with another bank statement which I did. I waited for a call from the consultant, after waiting for 24hours I called and was told to wait while they process my application, 2 days later I receive a call and I am told that I did not qualify for a loan because of my credit score. from my knowledge my credit score is good and if I qualified for a 60 month loan it means my score is good, why didn't they just tell me from the start not to waste my time if they didn't want to assist me with a loan application... Capitec is very disappointing and they proud themselves with being transparent and providing great service to their clients, when they wasted an entire week of my life for nothing. Thanks for nothing capitec.
