I applied for a capitec loan on line on thursday 11/07/2013, i received no response so i called them 0860667789 to find out about my application (ref : 8893776), the agent did my application online and told me that the system was offering 74 thousand at an instalment of 2900 per month over 41 months and that i had to send her my 3 months salary payslip which i did, i waited on friday for a reply nothing, on monday nothing, i called on tuesday but the agent was not avaible so i left a message for her to contact me, which never happened so i send her an email . i then get a response from her via email that my application was declined on friday due to affordability, all i wanted to do was consolidate my current accounts and only have one account, ( the agent also told me that lewis was appearing on my itc checks and i told her i paid up both account two years ago which she confirmed with the store) i currently have my sheet street, edgars, capitec loan, capitec multi loan, vechile, policy and credit card i would like to consolidate my current loans and pay up all my accounts, IM UPSET BECAUSE I HAD AN OFFER ON FRIDAY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY WHICH I DECLINED.
