I applied for a personal loan on the 19/12/2013 and was told that the application would take 48 hours. i have faxed my documents 4 times already and every time i phone the call centre they tell me that the application is in process, this is pathetic. today is the 23/12/2013 and still no answer . i spend so much money on airtime because im being places on hold for minutes and still no luck. my call was disconnected 4 times already. when i applied for the loan i made it clear that i require the funds urgently. can someone more senior please assist me or i will take this further.
