I apply for A revolving loan over my online banking. it said they will call me back. so instead I decide to call them as they never called me back the entire day! I get hold of an agent after an annoying auto answer system. She then tells me there was no application online and that I must do it over the phone. I proceed to waste my airtime giving all my details. she scores me and says its a Personal loan. I tell her I wanted a revolving loan and she s its her mistake and shell put me through to the right department and cancel the application. I then go through to the wrong department which deals with home loans. More airtime wasted!!! I then ask to speak to a manager and they say they don't take calls. what the heck is going on there. I'm a gold cheque account holder. I can't believe I joined this useless bank and its pathetic service. I'm am still waiting in the callback. It will never come. Don't join FNB PLEASE. IT IS A REALLY BANK
