My geyser burst in August/October last year. The geyser was replaced and the ceiling repaired. In November the new geyser started leaking again, the leak was repaired but the ceiling was not repaired. In January the geyser started leaking again some pipes was replaced in the roof and yet again nobody came and repaired the ceiling. On enquiry to Outsurance they reported that a Company by the name of Brengrove was appointed for the repairs and they will contact me. And still nothing is happening. I guess this is standard practise by Outsurance not to inspect if the work is completed.
