Incompetent Poor Service

Had a leaking geyser 01/03/13 reported, Dan from Dulani plumbing sent. He came the afternoon, with his lights and camera in ceiling for almost 15min, left saying he'll be back the next day Sat to fix it. Well Sat came and went, we couldn't get hold of him, eventually came back Mon 04/03/13, alone, to fix a geyser, no helper. My son-in law had to help him do his work that he got paid for. He was there 10 min only, less than an hr, still we had to pay the full money. A week later, Mon 11/03/13, the geyser leaked again. We called, a guy came, went in the celining. Says he don't see a problem, even though water leaking through the ceiling. After numerous calls, we eventually got hold of Dan again, who came out. After less than 2 min in the ceiling he "quickly" saw a hole in the pipe, which he didn't see the week before after moe than 10min in the ceiling. Apparantly we have to pay another R750 to have it fixed. A week later, R750 less, still sitting with a leaking geyser!!!?
