After my geyser burst last year, the plumbers replaced the geyser but cut a whole into the ceiling. I was then old that another company would be in contact to repair the ceiling. I was then told by the insurance company that due to their backlog it was advisable for me to get my own contractor mid December when most companies had closed. In January i contacted the insurers and asked for them to appoint a contractor. I was assured that someone would contact me shortly. It is now February and i still have not been contacted and the hole remains.
Very disappointed by the promises of resolution and lack of delivery.
