No Refund To Date

In December 2012 I settled my total outstanding balance of a personal loan I had with Nedbank. To my surprise I noted that in the New Year a debit order went off again. When I called Nedbank the excuse was that I had to notify them I settled my account, all fair and well. I then informed them and was told the credit will be passed in 3 days time. Its almost a week later way past the 3 days and I am still awaiting the promised credit.
