Bad service strike two

I lodged my building claim on the 11/11/13 due to the geyser leaking and damaging my bathroom tiles and ceiling. The response from the start was poor with the allocated service provider. Then Kwikot replaced my geyser and the day after, I had leaks in my passage ceiling which was not originally the problem. Called them to come and repair it which has now damaged my passage ceiling. I recd an sms on Friday last week advising my claim was approved and the service provider will be in contact with me. To date no contact has been made. This is my second bad experience with outsurance with a building claim. i am not prepared to wait, I have fixed the damage at my own cost now. I am not waiting for third time lucky!! Going to cancel outsurance.
