I had a loan and one furniture account through African bank, both were paid up October 2012. i have been struggling since to get two paid up letter faxed and email ed to me. Yest i was so upset and lost it on the phone as i spoke to five different consultants who said they cannot email or fax the letter only the supervisor can-twice the supervisor claimed to have emailed the letters. This morning i call and someone teels me that they have fax issues and cannot guarantee it will be done today. How difficult can it be to send a client a paid up letter? when i owed them money, they called me at least twice a week demanding payments and now a simple letter takes months to be sent to me. i am very upset with this level of service. They couldnt care less about one client feeling this way and no apologies from any of the consultants for the inconvenience. i spent at least R220 airtime since yesterday trying to get this letters. I cannot do anything cause ITC need those letters to clear my name. Very dissapointed, honestly.
