Good Morning,

I have tried on numerous occasions to get a paid up letter on my credit card, but to date i have still not received it.

I first requested a settlement letter, then I made the payment, but according to African Bank, i have short paid my account.

I know that i did not short pay the account and would like my credit card closed please.

At the same time, please check that the loan account has been closed as well.
