PAID UP LETTER STILL NOT DELIVERED

I have been calling the call Centre number provided below with no luck (086 11 11 011). Ultimately I had to call 011 256 9000 for 3 days in a row now, asking for my paid up letter. Every time, I am told that letters should be in my inbox within the next 5 minutes. I have wasted a lot of airtime requesting these. Please refer me to the relevant person who can mail me my paid up letters for my credit card and loan.
