I had two accounts with African bank of which I was under the perception was paid in full. I learned that both accounts was still in arears and called their head office to make payment arrangements. The agreement was that when each account is paid up in full, African bank will supply me with letters for each account, to clear my credit on ITC. When the first account was paid up, I called over 30times to get the first letter and went to their bank outlet in Fourways mall, but I was refused such letter. I refuse to pay the second bill, until African bank, honours their commitment to furnish said letter.
