ABSA Deducting more than should

I am writing this report for my father who is not comutor literate, this is his story: We filled up on fuel in Ventersburg Sunday morning, the transaction was paid with a card, I got a notification on my phone that R500 had been deducted twice from my account. I phoned ABSA Monday morning, they reversed it but Tuesday they deducted it again. I phones ABSA numerous times as well as the fuel station, the lady there was quite helpful and said ABSA can phone her anytime to check her bank statements, she only received R500 once. ABSA won't help me to resolve my problem of the other R500 that is now apparently just missing!
