ACCOUNT BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY NEDBANK ACCOUNT

I CHECKED MY NEDBANK BANK STATEMENT THIS MORNING AND THERE IS AN ABSA ACCOUNT DEDUCTION GOING THROUH DATING BACK ROM THE FIRST DATE 01/10/2012 EVERY MONTH, THE LAST TRANSACTION WAS ON THE 01/03/2013, I PHONED NEDBANK AND THEY GAVE ME A USER CODE AND SEQ NR, THEN TOLD ME THEY CANNOT ASSIST ME I HAVE TO PHONE ABSA, I PHONE ABSA AND THEY TELL ME IT IS NOT THEM DEDUCTING AND CANT GIVE ME DETAILS, BUT ON MY STATEMNET IT SAYS ABSA ACC 400 WITH THE ACCOUNT NUBER??? I PHONED NEDBANK TO REVERSE THE ACCOUNT, AFTER TELLING ME THEY CAN ONLY REVERSE THIS MOTHS AMOUNT, THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL DO IT FOR 3 MONTHS AND I NEED TO PAY A SERVICE CHARGE IF R36.00. THEY TOLD ME THEY CANNOT TELL ME WHERE THE DEDUCTION IS COMING FROM AND I CANNOT STOP THIS. I AM GOING TO GO TO THE POLICE STATION AS THIS IS, NOT NEDBANK OPR ABSA CAN ASSIST ME ON THIS MATTER!!! I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND WILL BE CLOSING ALL ACCOUNT WITH NEDBANK. I DONT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH ABSA BANK!
