Rooks insurance brokers billed me twice... when i called to tell them about the incident... i spoke with the a lady by the name of Evelyn... she could not give me details... all she did was to keep me holding with no clear direction of what happen... its so useless to answer a call and ask the caller 'how may i assist you' while u know from the bottom of your heart that you are just waisting time... furtheremore, the lady transferred me to Lunga with telling me... and demanded to speak with the lady and Lunga dropped the phone and when i called again he blamed... ROOKS INSURANCE... IS THIS HOW YOU SERVICE YOUR CLIENTS???
