My wife & I reported activity on our account. The manager was very helpful and took us to a service agent, Thuli, who helped us fill in the complaint form and the request for reimbursement.
This was the week before Christmas - guess what kind of Christmas we had - Nedbank could do nothing before the had been investigated by them - 6 - 8 weeks tops.
Last week it was just on 8 weeks - i called Thuli and she didn't have anything but PROMISED to call me on back on Friday - I checked and she promised again SHE WOULD 'PHONE.
Friday just before closing I 'PHONED THULI because she had not called me. She was too busy to take my call but WOULD DEFINITELY call me back.
SURPRISE! SURPRISE! NO CALL!
This week it will be 9 weeks since the - when will we get our money back? Is Thuli still at Nedbank? Does Nedbank care?
WHO KNOWS?
I do not enjoy writing complaints - BUT why do businesses promise and not deliver?
