Internet Banking service and hold on my account?

This seems to be a tendency by ABSA to put a hold on accounts. They put a hold on my account for no reason. There was a hold on my account previously, I went to a branch and had to pay money to have the hold on my account uplifted. When I went to the internet banking recently I discovered that there is again a hold on my account, I can not perform inter account transfers, I cannot perform payments to my beneficiaries. So how on earth do they expect me to pay my debtors. I have sufficient money in my account but cannot perform any transactions. Even the debit card they gave is not even working with the merchants, I have to still use my old card to do purchases and withdrawals. Come on ABSA, this is my savings account?

Please resolve these issues as I cannot see any reason for you to put a hold on a savings account.
