I wrote a complaint on Sunday 6/4/2013. Monday morning 7/4/2013 I received a call from Thuli Tshabalala. She apologiesed for the inconveniece caused and promised to rectify the issue. On the 7/4/2013 I received what was promised to me.
To say Im impressed with the level of professionalism that Thuli has shown as well as keeping her word would be an understatement.
I can only hope Momentum i aware of the value you add.
