Hold on Funds

Mones were deposited to my late husbands estate on Friday 29th November and i went to Greenstone branch to acces the funds and was told its on hold. I submitted all the documents which were given to Thuli and since Tuesday Ive been going to Greenstone to check if the funds have been cleared and Khudiso (Greenstone branch) hasbeen very helpful in trying to push Thuli to release the funds and till today nothing has been done.
Khudiso has been calling Thuli Tuesday and Wednesday and Thuli always promises that by the end of the day the funds will be released but its been 3 days and still the funds are not available. i dont know what more do I need to do as Khudiso from Greenstone branch ha also given up in following with Thuli.
