Since a year ago, I've been getting calls from FNB saying that I owe them and I constantly asked for proof as I do not owe FNB anything. I recently got an FNBcheque account assisted by a wonderful lady by the name of Kashni Naidoo (how I wish every FNB employee was like that). Out of curiosity I went through my stuff on their online banking site and it says I owe FNB R6995 for the credit card. I have NEVER had a FNB credit card. I then sent an email through with a screen dump requesting assistance with clearing this stuff up. I got an email saying someone will contact me and 3 weeks since then, no one has contacted me. I worked for FNB sister company WesBank and we took pride in customer service, It's sad FNB been is not customer orientated.
