My 3rd issue in a row!!! I've been waiting for a credit card now for more than 6 weeks... pathetic!!! C'mon!
Neil at Vineyard branch guided the process nicely after an employee messed up twice. Well done.
Daryl at the credit department = broke the chain of FNB not being 100% pathetic! He told me two weeks ago the credit card is on it's way and I should keep this and this ready... Today after following up Leanne tells me they haven't loaded the info or something and the card hasn't been issued.
Bad stuff guys!
I need that card before end of next Thursday. Otherwise I'm out and bad WOM in!
