First it was a matter of having an account settled which has been done but still reflecting on my online banking page. Next, my card was deactivated without notice and last but not least credit card on hold... Like seriously. I was told that I just need to make a payment and my credit card was still active and now, the same active credit card is acting up like it's been inactive for days. I'm requesting to go to the bank and the consultant cannot help me... how exciting is that?! It's lame that a bank doesn't have a consultant able to assist or make the right calls to have something sorted. Like we have time to waste why we go to the bank... banks aren't shopping malls. so, get your act right and offer some proper service... I haven't been helped with the credit card query and still have to run around making all kinda calls to get assistance... it because FNB doesn't pay my phone bills.
