Outsurance
Unwilling to receive payment except by Dedit Orde

I have a friend who is unable to pay her monthly premium this month due to unforeseen circumstances. I want to pay on her behalf and OUTSURANCE refuses to take EFT or deposit of any sorts other than Debit Order! Which business in their right mind refuses payment and thus puts their client at risk due to one month's arrears in payment.
Very poor business model.

PS I am not a customer, and now gladly not a customer.
