I have been banking with FNB for close on 7 years now. I upgraded to a platinum customer and scored myself a personal banker! I enjoy internet banking - viewing pins online, etc. for a very long time.

My company recently sent me to India; I normally use my Nedbank credit card when travelling abroad (I can cash my rewards in for money and not limited e-bucks). I decided to try the FNB card instead. I opened up the card for international spending in advance. This was during the implementation of the new Internet Banking site.

When I arrived in India, I realised that I had forgotten my pin and when I went online to check it I was told that the functionality had been provisionally removed - luckily my Nedbank cards worked! I drafted a 10 page mail detailing the problem, eventually got a response to say the function had been removed and checked it this morning and it is working!!!

ADDITIONALLY

- I recently used the concierge service, whose service was terrible
- WESBANK vehicle finance offered me a rate of prime plus 3% where the home loan crew offered me prime minus .7%
- I have had lots of grief with my smart device
- my personal banker has been very hard to contact recently
