Very slow credit card application

I tried to apply for a credit card online (it failed)).

I then applied through my premier banker (this was more than 3 weeks ago).

I still do not have my credit card - I have been told via email that it was escalated.

I just want my credit card - the original time frame promised to me is long gone.

Do I need to post a HelloPeter complaint to get my credit card?
