I have now been trying to communicate with FNB via email since Monday, with no response, when asked how long my query would take they said 48 hours, its now been 5 working days and still I had no response. I have been with FNB for 18 years, tomorrow I will be taking my account somewhere else, maybe if I stopped making payments a FNB staff member would actually take the time to contact me, because its the only time they react in any case.
