I have been waiting for a technical response to my email to MTN about slow connection on my wireless stick modem E173. I sent an email Friday the 5th - got a message back that mtn dont work on weekend or nights only weekdays working hours. Tuesday 9th i got a email Quote:
"Kindly be advised that coverage ticket logged with ref# 0052563 our technician will communicate with you via sms for investigation within 96 working hours"
to date today 15th February I still have not had a response to my query about slow connection. Not only do i have a slow connection I'm getting the slowest customer service as well - THIS IS SHOCKING!!! AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE... NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT10 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE TO A TECHNICAL QUERY. Will I ever get a response?? I am deaf so unable to phone MTM. thats no excuse for such a long period to respond to an email query. Its bad enough that telkom has stil not fixed my landline since Easter sumday and i'm paying for Zero service from them - I purchased the wireless modem as a back for when asdlis down. i put an mtn sim card and purchased data bundles which has cost me in total R319 so far, plus paying for landline, dsl line and isp
