I am heavily annoyed. Last week, I put up a Hello Peter complaint about my RCP debit order which had gone off the wrong account - Sibusiso of the Complaints department assured me that everything was in order.
Faeeda of Thibault Square went out of her way to help on the 6th Feb- and the issue was resolved - so I thought. On the 7th, I get a call from Tasneem telling me that this account is in arrears and no payment reflects. So I told her to authorise a second debit off my account
Imagine my horror when I wake up with two debit orders for the same RCP account? Why did Tasneem not see to this when I was speaking to her on the phone.
I am sick of always having to resort to Hello Peter to get response from this bank! I need something done - this is becoming an inconvenience to me.
