A week ago I made an e-mail enquiry regarding the availability of Vitality Drive partners in the Potchefstroom region. The next day (Friday 6 December 2013) I called to make the same enquiry, because I had just received my new car and had still no response. The agent said he would look into the matter with their technical division and get back to me. Hasn't happened yet. Monday I sent a follow up enquiry. No response. Meanwhile, my financial advisor has also been making enquiries and at least he got responses, but not one that actually answered any of my questions.
I sent another follow up query to the person who responded to my advisor's e-mail, Mkhuseli Mabindla and have still not received a response. Yesterday I sent an ultimatum that if I do not receive some kind of feedback within 24 hours that I would start looking elsewhere and it seems they couldn't be bothered to respond to that either.
After being a Discovery Health member for quite a few years now, I have to say I am incredibly disappointed with DI.
