Still no feedback!!

Last week I posted a complaint here. This was the crux:
1. I pay premium bank fees for an account that affords me access to a "premier" banker.
2. I submitted a VERY simple query online and was told to wait 24 hours for a response (To my ONE LINE query)
3. I don't believe that qualifies as "premier" service at all.

I HAVE STILL NOT HAD A RESPONSE TO MY ORIGINAL QUERY
I HAVE NOT HAD ANY FEEDBACK ON MY HP COMPLAINT
(I stated specifically the I wanted a response HERE in a public forum, and NOT a generic response. If the only function of HP is to allow service providers to try and solve the problem offline and then post a happy happy response on HP to say how wonderfully they resolved the complaint this site should not exist)

FNB: You have all my details, you have this channel to respond (Stop calling me, ain't nobody got time for that) you have my original query. I will continue to post complaints indefinitely (every 5 days) until this is resolved in the manner it should be. I will consider ANY generic response to this complaint as a personal insult to my ability to communicate a point effectively.
