Responsible department = financial department.
It is "incredible" how the 72 hours response time can turn into 168 hours and still no feedback on my query, which is pathetic! Just for the record, 168 hours = 7 days! So maybe change the response time or actually resolve a query within the 72 hours or don't include one at all!
Invalid late payments reflecting on my trans union report for various months.
Payments are made on or before the 25th of every month and according to the reports I've got 4 months which is showing late payments?
Months reflecting INVALID late payments which you better sort out immediately and have a very good reason why these are reflecting as late payments:
July 2012, October 2012, February 2013 and March 2013.
I want this query resolved today!
