On 16 May I submitted a query to the FNB homeloans email address. Since then I have received the following reference numbers advising me to expect a response within 48 hours:

There was also a response on 20 June from Prudence Maphisa advising me to expect a response in 2-3 working days.
Still no response received - my query was submitted 10 days ago...
