FNB Account not activated

This is ridiculous!!! At first FNB did not want to give me an account due to a user error on their website. Got that sorted by reporting it on this site. I waited 3 weeks to get my FNB cheque card and it's still not activated. I received the card 2 days ago 06/02/2013. I phoned them yesterday to check the status of activation. "You will recieve an sms when activated" NOTHING...!!! HELLO STEVE
