i got my data sim card 10 June13 and was told that the sim card will be activated in 24 hours. till today the sim card is not activated. i was at the branch twice and was refer to the technical support. technical support indicated on both visits that the sim was not activated. on Monday 15 Jul13 I went back to the branch and the lady checked MTN system and informed that the sim was not activated and request that the sim be RICAed. i was told this will be done last 24 hours. no activation yet. MTN in the meantine billed my for the account of R297.93 but i still do not have any access to their system to use any data. please assist.
