Pathetic Service from the bank that claims to best

I am an existing FNB client, I applied for a second cheque account online, the application was successful and card was delivered to me. On the forms where card is attached, there is no mention of me needing to go into a branch to have this card activated. I have activated it online.
Yesterday I deposited R6200 into this account thinking that it would be available, these funds are now stuck in an account that I cannot use.
I have been to the Eastgate branch this morning to see what the problem is. The lady advised that no documentation was received which is complete. The courier collected these docs.
I went to the branch with my Certified ID copy, Proof of address and Licence as my ID book was misplaced recently and she wouldn't accept this.

I am leaving for the UK in 3 days time and need my funds urgently. Cant FNB transfer my funds from the new account to my current/existing FNB acc???

FNB and their staff are exactly like that STEVE guy on their ads.
