Hi, i have opened an account with RCS (Tekkie Town) late 2011 and they have not yet sended me any statement of my account even despite couple of calls where i requested statements. Last time I made a request I was told there's a problem with my address or post office which is a suprise because they once sended me a welcoming letter using the very same Postal address that they are experiencing a problem with. And now my biggest problem is i don't know my outstanding balance i just pay not knowing whether is decreasing or increasing since i recieve nothing, and I once made a request for my statements to be mailed electronically every month but the agent said it was impossible since I will have to call them first every month and request and electronic statement, MEANING I HAVE TO USE MY OWN MONEY TO CALL AND REQUEST MY STATEMENTS TO BE E-MAILED TO ME EVERY MONTH? I find it very ridiculous since i don't have a problem with other companies with regard to electronic statement.
AND WHAT ALSO INFURIATES ME IS THE FACT THAT ON TOP OF ME NOT RECEIING ANYTHING, WHEN I PAY AT YOUR STORES THE SLIPS THAT I AM GETTING CONTAINS NO OUTSTANDING BALANCES, SO HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW HOW MUCH I OWE?
