Second Smartcard activated on my account

I would like to know how a 2nd card can be activated against my account by anyone else but myself. I am the person paying the debit order... Not my son. I was billed 3 times the normal subscription because of a 2nd card activation on my account of which I was unaware. Much needed funds have been refused to be refunded even though I de-activated the alleged 2nd card on the 30th December for which I had been billed. And the story somehow doesn't gel .. First consultant says activated on 17th December and another the 1st December. Journal was requested for the refund but denied but no-one even bothered to call. So I was waiting for a much needed refund but instead got an "Accounts don't call customers" And to top it all, they will take the credit off against my next subscription... Not good enough! Awaiting the call playback which delays issues with another couple of days or more! I am furious!!
