POOR FEEDBACK, WAITING TIME, FRUSTRATION!!

To anyone that thinks of switching to FNB, please read my experience:
After applying online on 24/03/2013 I received an error that FNB cannot process my request and a representative will contact me soon. Only after 2 days a lady phoned me to start the application of a cheque account and credit card. Everything was immediately approved, but then the waiting and frustration started.
I received my cheque card quickly, but neither it or my cheque account was activated. After numerous phone calls and depositing money into the account and again numerous phone calls FNB activated the account. After this the deposited monies didn't show, so again, phone calls and frustration. ALSO NOTE, THEIR AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM REQUIRES YOU TO ENTER YOUR PIN OVER THE TELEPHONE. So, if you are phoning from work and your calls get logged, YOUR IT DEPARTMENT WILL BE ABLE TO OBTAIN YOUR PIN NUMBER!!!
To this day I still haven't received satisfactory feedback regarding my credit card, even premier banking promises to contact me bank which they don't.
It is not that easy to switch to FNB as they make it out to be, be aware of this. It is one big pot of frustration!!
