Petrol card needed or not

I refer to various complaints and apart from a general reply to this that someone will call me no one has called me. I still have not collected my petrol card as no one can explain to me why i need this and also i go to the branch and then there is no card.

I will keep on complaining on Hello Peter until this is resolved
