Petrol Card/Credit Card

I am really getting off now.

1. I have a disabled child, i was sms'ed to go and get my cards as both expired on the same day i assumed it would be both
2. I stood in a line for 20 minutes with this child waiting. She became highly irritated and made a scene, i did not think i'll wait this long
3. I only received the c/c and no one cared when i asked about the petrol card. I logged a complaint and it was sent. NOW my problem is
a) everyone that phones me as the lady this morning cannot explain to me the difference between using my credit card and the petrol card. I cannot get a simple yes of no. Is there a difference? Do I gain or lose anything? Why do I need 2 cards? I get these long winded explanations but no straight answer.

I WILL NOT GO AND STAND IN THAT QUE AGAIN!!!
and unless there is a reason to have 2 cards - KEEP MY CARD!!
