Good day, I currently have a cheque, petrol and credit card account with FNB which i normally pay every month, My joy ended when I went to the Branch in Daveyton and was told that My Petrol card was paid in full last year and that there money that I am currenty paying to that card which is over R10000 will not be refunded to me and I have to use it for Fuel purposes, with all this happening I still owe them money for my credit card which I do not understand why can't they settle the account in full. please assist me as this matter is disturbing to me and I would like to have my money that I paid to FNB. I would like to have someone who speaks Zulu to contact me so that I can be able to express myself clearly.
