Wasting a clients time

I applied for an Islamic youth account for my son. I selected the option to have the card posted. A few days later I got a call from an FNB consultant telling me that I'd have to go an collect the card from my nearest FNB branch. Today I went to an FNB Branch in Centurion only to get told that they don't have the cards and I must go to the Ladium branch if I want that card. My question is why call me and tell me to go and collect the card from any branch? I wasted my time and petrol to go and fetch that card only to get told that there's none. I won't be wasting my time and petrol again to fetch the card. This is the 3rd time I've had to go to Hello peter to get something sorted from FNB. Your motto is "How can we help you? " Are you leaving up to that motto???
